Are you sure you’re developing and implementing the right solution—one that your business users actually need and will accept?

In many cases where projects to implement software solutions fail and spiral out of control, the cause is the lack of a business analysis or the fact that developers conducted it only as an afterthought.

A thorough business analysis is the cornerstone of a successful software project and helps ensure that the final solution is delivered on time and within budget, as well as ensuring that the solution is accepted by business stakeholders and users.

I help my clients successfully implement projects by serving as an interface between business departments and developers through the application of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools across its various disciplines:

  • Business Process Management
  • Requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and management (Requirements Engineering & Management) throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Modeling solutions using UML diagrams
  • System and data modeling with UML and SysML
My Education in Business Analysis

I hold a degree (with honors) in Business Informatics under Prof. Dr. Scheer and am therefore thoroughly familiar with the process models for system design and implementation from the ground up.

I am certified as a Senior Business Analyst and as a Requirements Engineer (IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering).

For more than 25 years, I have worked as an external consultant and lead business analyst, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of complex IT solutions in international projects.

I also have 25 years of experience in business process management and design as a business analyst. This enables me to provide technical support throughout the entire process, from requirements management through the creation of requirements and functional specifications and system specifications, all the way to system implementation. In doing so, I can draw on a requirements engineering process model that has been proven effective in my project practice, regardless of whether the approach is traditional (waterfall model) or agile (SCRUM).
